A manga episode guide, perhaps.

Manga is a japanese word which means “whimsical picture”; man “indiscriminate” and ga “picture”.
Or simply, comic books in japanese style. They are usually printed in black and white and read from right to left.
Just as anime is for cartoons, manga is for comic books.
