Tomoya can be qualified as those of the delinquent juvenile type at school – tardiness, cutting classes. So far, everything has been constantly dull and monotonous until he met Nagisa Furukawa on his way to school one morning.

She has to repeat this school year due to being sick last year. Apparently left behind by friends of her batch, she feels isolated. The day Tomoya spotted her, she was muttering to herself some encouragements to carry on the school day. She has this habit of mentioning the foods she wants to eat to boost up her esteem. Tomoya was interested and befriended her.

Later on, Nagisa decided to relive and recruit members for the school’s drama club. In doing so, she met some other girls who individually has secrets and mysterious of their own.
